Sealed tenders in prescribed format to be purchased from this office and subsequently to be drawn in F 2 form affixing non-refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8,25 only as per Table mentioned below are hereby invited from the registered APWD (Roads) contractor Class-1 according to their limit of eligibilities for the following work to be received by the undersigned on 24.04.2012 upto 2.00 PM and will be opened on same date and place at 2.30 PM in presence of the contractors:

Tender papers can be purchased from this office from 21.04.2012 to 23.04.20 12 during office hours on payment of cost of tender in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the empowered officer, ASRB Account No. 1056699 1479 payable at Guwahati. Details can be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours after 17.04.2012.

Note: No tender will be accepted without Bid Security which should be in the form of CDR/FDR only duly pledge in favour of the Executive Engineer, PWD Mangaldoi Rural Road Division, Mangaldoi NSC/KVP will not be accepted.
