SERICULTURE, ASSAM

Application in Standard form as given in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette are invited from intending an eligible candidates, who are citizens of India and registered in any of the Employment Exchanges within the State of Assam, for filling up the following vacancies in the following posts under the Directorate of Sericulture, Assam, Khanapara, Ghy-22 at Directorate and district level int the state and carrying the following pay scales with other allowances as admissible under rules.

1. Jr. Asstt.(HQ) Scale of pay 5200- 20200/- p.m. with Grade Pay 2400/- pm, Total Vacancy - 16.

2. Jr. Asstt.(Dist.) Scale of pay 5200- 20200/- p.m. with Grade Pay 2200/- pm, Total Vacancy - 15.

Educational Qualification:

2.             Jr. Asstt.(Dist.)    (a) Passed HSLC of equivalent examination from Govt. recognised institution as required by Govt. (b) Desirable Computer Application Certificate / BCA or equivalent. 

Required Testimonials to be attached with the Application: All of applicats should submit their application alongwith attested copies of (i) certificate and mark- Sheets of Essential and Desirable Qualifications (II) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate (iii) Age proof certificate, (iv)Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC), (v) Discharge Certificate for Ex-Serviceman to the Directorate of Sericulture, Assam, Resom nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati- 22.

Photograph & Self-addressed Envelope: Each application must be accompanied with two copies of recent passport size photograph of the candidate with his / her signature at the top and duly attested by a gazetted officer & (ii) One self addressed envelope of size 23 cm x 10 cm with a Rs. 5/- postal stamp affixed on it. Last Date: Applications should reach the undersigned on or before 30.09.2013 any application received after that date as will as any incomplete application shall not be entertained, Government servants should apply through proper channel. 

The undersigned shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

the candidates may be called for test/interview/ computer test both Assamese and English on date to be notified later, and they will have to appear in such test/ interview at their own expense. 

Expense:

Candidates should clearly mention the post applied for on top of the envelope containing ther application, canvassing in any from will be treated as disqualification.
